Together with Fazile and Propely, we integrate technical operations, contract management, and BIM for smarter property management.
In a time when digitalization and efficiency are critical for property management, Propely, Fazile, and BIM2Share have joined forces to deliver a comprehensive solution that places technology, automation, and BIM models at the core of property operations and contract management. Through this collaboration, property managers can now more easily connect operations, contracts, and visual data, with master data synchronized and efficiently managed in one place across systems.
We aim to collaborate with partners who are experts in their respective fields. The partnership with BIM2Share, Fazile, and Propely enables us to offer our customers an automated and integrated hub that simplifies operations and improves property management. Together, we deliver a solution that provides customers with better control, increased efficiency, and a smarter way of working.

Visual Understanding Linked to Deviations and Costs
By connecting suppliers specializing in contract management and technical operations with BIM models and master data, property managers gain a more holistic and visual understanding of a property's structure, systems, and space utilization. This simplifies the planning and execution of maintenance by linking deviations and work orders directly to specific components in the BIM model, which remains the master for data in the total solution.
BIM2Share’s Drawing Archive/BIM Server serves as the master for BIM and drawings, ensuring the extraction of accurate room, area, and object data to Propely and Fazile. FM data, such as tenants, room functions, D/V deviations, etc., from Propely and Fazile, can be displayed graphically in drawings and models. The information can also be written back into the model.
Customers benefit from an effective, integrated total solution that allows graphical visualization and data reuse across systems.

Updated Information in One Place Reduces Errors
Consolidated, up-to-date information reduces errors and misunderstandings between operations, suppliers, and tenants, resulting in more efficient workflows. This is particularly useful for complex buildings and property portfolios, where precision and collaboration are critical. Through this collaboration, customers also gain the ability to store information via a digital twin.
Property Operations Are Complex
Property management is often complex and requires collaboration between various stakeholders to maintain accurate data and efficient communication. Fragmented systems and outdated solutions have long been challenges in the industry. The partnership between Propely, Fazile, and BIM2Share addresses this by integrating technical operations and contract management with advanced BIM technology and master data.
By directly integrating BIM models into property management systems, both technical operations and contract management gain access to updated, unified data and detailed visual overviews. This allows, for instance, the linking of work orders to specific building components, such as a light switch or a ventilation system, directly in a BIM model. Maintenance technicians and contract managers can thus work from the same area data, master data, and relevant information, promoting seamless collaboration and reducing the risk of errors. Additionally, suppliers receive work orders with clearly identified components in BIM models, making processes more efficient and precise.
A Smarter Future
An exciting collaboration with leading players in property management, real estate digitalization, and collaborative solutions marks an important step toward a more digital and efficient property management landscape. By combining expertise in technical operations, contract management, and BIM, this partnership sets a new standard for how proptech solutions can meet future demands in an ever-changing industry.
All partners share the ambition to deliver a comprehensive and well-integrated platform.
We know the market demands seamless data flow between players to create efficiency, automation, and increased value for customers. We are now establishing a new standard for delivering an even better end product to our mutual customers. We look forward to the journey ahead.
